As part of our growing team you will be joining an esteemed department within our warehouse operations where we focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining the highest standards of authenticity and quality in both luxury apparel and accessories.

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Apparel Shoes & Accessories Authenticator to join our team in South Ruislip. The ideal candidate will possess a refined knowledge of highend fashion including both luxury clothing brands and premium accessories. You will be responsible for evaluating the authenticity of both preloved and new apparel from prestigious luxury houses. Ensuring that each item aligns with the exceptional standards encouraged by our customers.

Your expertise will be critical in confirming the authenticity of luxury apparel pieces identifying potential inconsistencies or issues with product condition and ensuring an outstanding experience for buyers and sellers alike. The role will require an acute understanding of brands like Louis Vuitton Gucci Chanel Stone Island Balenciaga Fendi and Trapster as well as an extensive knowledge of key authenticity markers across shoes & luxury accessories.

What You Will Accomplish:

• Conduct thorough inspections of apparel shoes & accessories from renowned fashion houses and exclusive brands to verify authenticity quality and condition.

• Ensure product descriptions sizes and the overall condition of each item match the physical product accurately.

• Identify items that may not meet brand standards and report any discrepancies with clear and concise findings.

• Stay wellversed on current trends seasonal collections and brand developments in the fashion industry.

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working efficiently in a fastpaced warehouse environment.

• Meet productivity and quality standards contributing to the overall success of the team.

• Proactively connect with management about daily activities challenges and improvements in the authentication process.

• Work collaboratively with your team to ensure a seamless process of product inspection and authentication.

• Occasional National/International travel required to support inperson events.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in luxury fashion and accessories authentication ideally within a similar role or the apparel/luxury goods industry.

• Indepth knowledge of luxury fashion brands (e.g. Louis Vuitton Gucci Chanel Balenciaga Fendi).

• Expertise in identifying authenticity markers across a variety of brands and product types from luxury designer pieces to exclusive oneoff items.

• Luxury retail experience is highly valued even without direct authentication experience as it provides an understanding of brand characteristics and quality standards.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to assess product condition ensuring it meets the highest standards.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to address any discrepancies or concerns effectively.

• Ability to work in a dynamic fastpaced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to report findings professionally and clearly.

• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a collaborative approach with the team.

• Proficient in standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Google Suite) and communication tools such as Slack.

• Must be over the age of 18 years old.
