- Technical Solution Implementation:Analyze configuration and behavioral issues and implement technical solutions usingautomation toolsorinfrastructureascodescripting.
- Implementation of Best Practices:Evaluate and ensure compliance withreliability criteriaandbest practicesfor effective system operation.
- Champion Continuous Improvement:Promote a culture ofoperational excellencewithin the organization by collaborating withDevOps architecture and security teams.
- Incident Response:Play an active role in emergency situations ensuring afast and effectiveresolution.
- Architectural Reviews:Assess the architecture of applications and services toensure high standards of reliability availability and performance.
- Contribute to System Enhancements:Identify and implementimprovementsto strengthen system reliability and performance.

MustHave:
- Analytical Thinking:Proactive mindset with the ability toanalyze complex systemsand identify potentialfailure points.
- Effective Communicator:Excellent communication skills toconvey complex technical conceptsto both stakeholders and fellow engineers.
- Education:Masters degree inComputer Science Engineering or related fields.
- ProblemSolving:Stronganalytical and problemsolving skillswith keen attention to detail.
- Team Player:Ability toadapt and thrivein a fastpaced environment while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Language Skills:Excellentspoken and written Englishproficiency.
Nice to Have:
- Experience:Minimum5 years of experienceinSite Reliability Engineering (SRE) DevOps or Systems Engineering with at least3 yearsas atechnical consultant developer or architect.
- Cloud Expertise:Strong experience withAWS or Azurecloud environments.
- Automation Skills:Proven ability todevelop automation toolsfor monitoring and system management.
