Product Development: Create and manage travel packages for individual travelers (FIT) and groups (GIT).
Supplier Management: Source and negotiate with hotels tour operators and other suppliers to secure favorable terms.
Operations Coordination: Ensure seamless of tours monitor service quality and resolve operational issues.
Team Collaboration: Work with the operations team and management providing support and resolving queries.
Customer Service: Maintain client communication and collect feedback to improve services.
Group Travel: Negotiate group fares with airlines and manage vendor relationships for group bookings.
Reporting and Analysis: Collect and analyze data to improve operational performance and prepare regular reports.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Tourism Hospitality Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: 35 years in travel operations specifically in FIT and GIT.
Skills: Strong negotiation organizational and communication skills; proficiency in travel booking systems; ability to work under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of travel destinations in the U.K. Europe and fareast countries.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in itineraries and bookings.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel if required.
