Role
To lead the Aftermarket Sales division and will beresponsible for developing and implementing sales strategies creating network and identifying products to grow revenue expanding the customer base and enhancing customer satisfaction in the automotive aftermarket sector.
The Regional Sales Head will build and oversee a team of sales professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure our aftermarket sales operations run smoothly.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Network Creation: To develop network and sales channel for car segment products that Luman is launching in the after market
- Team Building: To build a team of professionals and executives pan India to lead car segment operations.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distribution partners to expand the companys presence in the aftermarket sector fostering customer loyalty and trust.
- Product Alignment: To collaborate with product development and marketing teams to ensure that aftermarket offerings align with market demands and customer expectations.
- Market Analysis: To analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities and potential threats in the automotive aftermarket industry.
- Financial Management: To create and manage the aftermarket sales budget regularly reporting on financial performance and making necessary adjustments to meet financial goals.
- Sales Process Improvement: To establish and maintain effective sales processes tools and systems that track sales performance manage leads and enhance customer engagement.
- Pricing Strategy: To develop and implement pricing strategies that keeps the company competitive while maximizing profitability.
- Reporting & Forecasting: To provide timely and accurate sales forecasts reports and data to senior management allowing them to make informed decisions.
- Customer Satisfaction: To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries resolving issues and providing excellent service and support.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitor and improve the efficiency of aftermarket sales operations and related processes.
- Compliance: To stay updated on industry regulations and standards and ensure the company complies with them
Candidate
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to grow revenue expanding the customer base and enhancing customer satisfaction in the automotive aftermarket sector.
- Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field / MBA Preferred
- Proven experience in aftermarket sales preferably in the automotive industry with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Excellent analytical negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive aftermarket industry trends and regulations.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Salary : 1825 LPA
