Job Description
- Scheduling patients appointments with primary care and specialist physicians. Connecting patients with resources they need (Medicaid food stamps etc).
- Greeting and welcoming patients with a smile and ensuring patient care satisfaction is at 99.
- Comforting patients by anticipating patients anxieties answering patients questions.
- Recording and collecting patient information for followup appointments.
- Protecting patients rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information HIPAA compliancy.
- Extending excellent patient care to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.
- High School Diploma required.
- Good oral/written communication skills required.
- Ability to read work orders and/or receive verbal instructions required.
- SMILE.
- Excellent customer service.
- Paid Sick Time effective 90 days after employment
