ASPIRE is a Rochewide business transformation program that aims to deliver bestinsuite usercentric digital solutions for Roche that will help manage our company as efficiently as possible. At the center of ASPIRE is the One Roche Enterprise the future of our current enterprise landscape. ASPIRE is cocreating one harmonized process house across the Roche enterprise with SAP S/4HANA at its core a technology that will replace Roches existing and soon outdated SAP local and regional systems. By following a template approach within SAP available to all Roche entities around the globe our core business processes will become more integrated simplified harmonized and scalable.
As the ASPIRE Deployment Wave Training Lead you implement the learning strategy for the ASPIRE deployment program whilst considering the learning environment of associated projects such as SAP Global Template MyBuy OMP Analytics and Reporting. The Wave Training Lead is responsible for ensuring the development of fitforpurpose training programs based on needs identified by deployment teams. You will work with the appropriate counterparts to ensure the effective delivery of training across business and IT audiences impacted by the deployment as well as be involved in activities relating to adoption and embedment of the new processes technologies and behaviours. In addition a strong focus on effective learning solutions that meet the program timelines and end user needs in line with the defined learning and capability building strategy are critical to success. This role will be part of the ASPIRE Leadership Team for Wave 5b as well as the global ASPIRE OCM/Training Network working closely with the ASPIRE Diagnostics OCM/Training professionals.
The Opportunity
Work closely with the Deployment OCM/Comm Lead to develop the local deployment training approach and plan; leveraging the Global Training Strategy based on the learning needs of the audience/ users.
Provide guidance to the Local Training Managers and Coordinators on timeline and end user training deliverables
Ensure that role mapping and training need analysis activities are performed successfully taking into account system access requirements
Identify any local training needs and ensure the appropriate development of local training and delivery following global training processes and principles; work with the OCM/Comm team and global counterparts to ensure readiness of local training documents end user training schedule and logistics
Work closely with the Global Learning Services (GLS) to coordinate the delivery and administration of training via the LMS (Cornerstone)
Report on deployment training deliverables status training attendance risks and mitigation plans
Who You Are
Bachelors or advanced degree in related specialization area (Training L&D)
8 years experience leading in preparation development and administration of training programs and systems; including training and curricula development
Experience with agile project management consulting and/or clientfacing environment. Strong project management and problemsolving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Handson experience with implementing training tools approaches learning academy setups. This includes knowledge of adult/corporate learning coaching mentoring and curriculum delivery systems (Learning Management Systems)
High level knowledge in security authorisation requirements job roles and transactions concepts
Demonstrated ability to successfully direct coordinate and strategically integrate multiple streams of information and activities
Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork and leadership on considerable change efforts
Preferred Experience:
Former Roche Diagnostics Training experience
Experience in large IT Service Management Projects (e.g. ERP)
Experience in a pharmaceutical environment
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact across multiple levels of the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent English language skills both written and spoken
Ability to work across multiple international time zones
Willing to stretch beyond your comfort zone to learn new skills in a rapidly changing environment and have the ability to build and maintain business relationships
Locations
You are local to Indianapolis Indiana. Under extraordinary circumstances we will consider remote work arrangements (candidates must be comfortable working Eastern Standard Time).
Relocation benefits are not available for this position.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $98700
and $218400. Actual pay will be determined based on experience qualifications geographic location and other jobrelated factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
