Key Responsibilities:
Oversee group consolidations and financial reporting processes.
Ensure compliance with IFRS tax regulations and internal controls.
Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders on financial performance.
Drive process improvements and automation in reporting functions.
Manage audits and liaise with external auditors.
What You Bring:
CA(SA) / CPA / ACCA or equivalent qualification.
5 years in financial reporting & consolidations within a corporate group.
Strong technical expertise in IFRS & financial reporting standards.
Experience working with large complex group structures.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Oracle Hyperion or similar).
Excellent analytical problemsolving and leadership skills.
