Stanford Health Care Department of Pharmacy and the Stanford Medicine Cancer Center are teaming up to launch a new clinicbased ambulatory care clinical pharmacist position in Hematologic Malignancies. The clinical pharmacist will join the multidisciplinary clinic to support patient care with medication management and optimization. Changing the Future: Stanford Medicine leverages its resources as a premier academic institution to develop cuttingedge diagnostics and treatments providing patients with the highest quality care. The Cancer Destination Service Line is a National Cancer Institute (NCI)designated Comprehensive Cancer Center that serves patients worldwide. Its mission of treating the whole patient through comprehensive care navigation and supportive service programs addresses the entire patient experience through diagnosis treatment recovery and beyond. You will be at the forefront of the ongoing innovations and initiatives that improve how Stanford delivers care and improves the lives of the patients it serves.

A Brief Overview
The Hematology Oncology Clinical Pharmacist provides the full range of distributive clinical consultative research investigational and/or administrative pharmaceutical services. Incumbents select compound manufacture purchase dispense and/or preserve medicines and other therapeutic agents; serve as a member and consultant on treatment or diagnostic teams; disseminates drug information to members of the hospital staff and interested community groups; may participate in hospital research projects or perform pharmaceutical research.

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $72.55 $96.15 per hourThe salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity experience education specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
