Job Description
The company
The Car Wash is a familyowned business who have owned and operated it for 15 years. It is equipped with modern selfserve equipment for customers open 7 days a week and support customers by having a service attendant on site.
The position
The Car Wash Attendant will be required to manage the daytoday operations by ensuring the smooth operations at the car wash and is responsible for the daily operations manage Inventory and handling customer enquiries whilst liaising with the National Manager on a regular basis
- Hours per week: Casual 4 days per week 8:00 am 4:30 pm) with some weekend rostering as required. This role will initially be casual but has the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- CustomerExperience:Make sure every customer is happy keep wash and vacuum areas clean and help customers when needed.
- Timely Operations:Follow opening/closing times and safety rules.
- Inventory Management:Keep track of chemicals supplies and order as needed.
- Customer Issues:Help with customer questions and report to appropriate management if there is a problem.
- Support Management:Assist management in planning schedules.
- Problem solving:Fixing issues before they become big problems
- Safety Rules: Following company health and safety guidelines and protocols.
