Sheraton Galleria Atlanta is a beautifully renovated hotel ideally located just minutes from Truist Park home of the Atlanta Braves. Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service Were looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team in a newly renovated vibrant environment! As the first point of contact for our guests youll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
- Greet and assist guests with checkins checkouts and reservations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
- Process payments verify guest information and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean organized and inviting front desk area.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain professionalism
- High school education preferred; relevant training and experience required
- Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred
- Knowledge of applicable Federal state and local health safety and legal regulations
- Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates
- Additional language ability preferred
- CPR and first aid training preferred
