Sheraton Galleria Atlanta is a beautifully renovated hotel ideally located just minutes from Truist Park home of the Atlanta Braves. With 278 rooms and 5000 sq. ft. of meeting and conference space our hotel provides a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere for both business and leisure travelers. Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service Were looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team in a newly renovated vibrant environment! As the first point of contact for our guests youll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience.

  • Greet and assist guests with checkins checkouts and reservations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
  • Process payments verify guest information and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean organized and inviting front desk area.

Requirements


  • Must have a comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain professionalism
  • High school education preferred; relevant training and experience required
  • Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred
  • Knowledge of applicable Federal state and local health safety and legal regulations
  • Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates
  • Additional language ability preferred
  • CPR and first aid training preferred
