Job Description
Job Summary
Visiting Angels of Largo is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional inhome care to our clients ensuring their comfort safety and overall wellbeing. You will assist clients with daily living activities foster meaningful relationships and help them maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a parttime hourly position with competitive pay and benefits package to include: Medical Dental Vision and 401K.
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate and professional assistance with a variety of nonmedical activities and tasks to clients in their own homes including bathing dressing meal preparation light housekeeping errands medication reminders and emotional support.
Track all daily visits in completion of accurate and thorough documentation and provide feedback to Visiting Angels management for each case.
Provide social engagement.
Reliable responsible and dependable in client visits as scheduled.
Requirements
CNAlicense required
High School Diploma/GED
CPR in person or online certification
Minimum of one year of experience providing care to clients within home health care or inhome care setting
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Demonstrated ability to work professionally and compassionately with elderly clients
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Valid drivers license and reliable method of transportation
Quick problemsolving abilities and excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills
