Project Manager Direct Hire Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Managerwith experience inWater and Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction to oversee projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing DesignBidBuild DesignBuild and CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk) project delivery while ensuring timely onbudget completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project schedules budgets and objectives
Oversee procurement subcontractor coordination and contract management
Maintain strong relationships with clients vendors and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety quality and corporate standards
Provide financial oversight forecasting and reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
7 years of project management experience in construction
Ability to manage projects up to $15 million
Strong leadership communication and financial management skills
Valid drivers license required
