Skills Needed/Job Requirements:
35 years of prior sales or business development experience in any customerfacing sales environment (preferably in residential HOME services).
Strong presentation skills with great communication.
A competitive hungry and eager attitude to achieve sales goals and commission targets!
Be coachable & willing to learn NH Ross sales & services process (we are a Nexstar Network member!.
Be goaloriented and have a strong desire to succeed!
Strong organizational and sales pipeline management skills.
Good understanding of the psychology of sales.
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a drug test/background check.
Flexibility to work Sundays to accommodate prospective buyers and seasonal workloads during peak times.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Must utilize sales experience & strategies to do vigilant customer followups and manage and generate business through referrals.
Responsible for sales lead generation: doorknocking canvassing and/or coldcalling etc.
Meeting the clients needs and wants while meeting the minimum budgeted sales as determined by managements plan.
Work within sales/service software and maintain accurate records/data.
Develop relationships with customers and build rapport to help assess and satisfy customers HVAC needs.
