Job Description
What you will do:
Programming maintenance administration and optimization of measuring programs for CNCcontrolled tactile and optical measuring systems (Mitutoyo)
Setting up measuring machines/systems and CNC measurements for initial sampling test projects and feasibility analyse
Development of simple devices and special modifications for the test systems to ensure application for the test processes
Initiation and supervision of maintenance and calibration measure
Processrelated training instruction and support of measuring system operators in handling setup and operating activities
Support and investigation of process capabilities in the course of process development.
Support in the analysis of test strategies data and measurement sequences for the suitability verification of test methods as well as support in complaint and NC/CAPA investigations to determine optimal test and finishing process parameters
Carrying out special CMM inspection tests
Documentation maintenance and archiving of associated quality data in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines
Active participation in continuous improvement
What do you need:
Relevant experience in working with CNCcontrolled tactile and optical measuring systems (Mitutoyo)
Several years of experience in the use of measuring systems in production
Flexibility ability to work in a team high quality awareness and independence
Willingness to undergo further training and adapt to new technologies and work processes
Good English knowledge
