We are currently seeking a Site Operations Manager for Blamey Barracks (Wagga). The Position:
FIFO option available for the right candidate 10:4 roster
Lead and manage site operations and staff to ensure smooth daily service
Oversee cost control and deliver accurate financial reporting
Champion a strong safety culture by initiating and implementing safetyfocused projects
Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Collaborate with aboveunit management and support teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Plan and manage onsite functions and events
The Person:
10 years experience managing site operations within a hospitality environment
Strong interpersonal skills with proven conflict resolution experience
Solid background in financial management and reporting
Demonstrated ability to foster a safe and healthy work environment
Skilled in motivating teams to achieve success and meet key KPIs
Familiarity with quality management systems and compliance standards
Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
Passionate about delivering highquality service with a cando attitude
