What Youll Do
As the Parking Supervisor you will:
Lead & Manage Staff: Hire train schedule and oversee the performance of the Albany parking team.
Oversee Monthly Parkers: Ensure accurate billing customer satisfaction and contract renewals.
Manage Revenue & Reporting: Reconcile daily transactions track revenue and prepare financial reports.
Coordinate Event Parking: Serve as the point of contact for event logistics ensuring seamless parking operations.
Maintain Parking Facilities: Oversee cleanliness signage and vendor management for maintenance services.
Handle Accounts Receivable: Monitor and collect payments ensuring timely billing and minimal outstanding balances.
Propose & Implement Pricing Strategies: Assist in setting competitive parking rates based on market trends.
What Were Looking For
Experienced Leaders: Minimum 2 years of experience supervising an hourly workforce.
CustomerFocused ProblemSolvers: Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
Financially Savvy Professionals: Experience in accounts receivable and revenue reconciliation.
TechSavvy Operators: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and parking management systems is a plus.
Reliable & Adaptable Individuals: Ability to multitask and work occasional weekends or evenings for events.
Licensed & Responsible Drivers: Must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record.
Working Conditions
Schedule: Fulltime Monday to Friday with some weekend or evening shifts for events.
Location: Operating at various Albany parking locations.
Physical Requirements: Standing for extended periods occasional lifting and working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
