Whats the role about
As a Customs Team Lead youll guide a team of customs professionals ensuring that shipments clear borders efficiently accurately and in full compliance with regulations. Youll be the goto expert leading by example and helping both your team and our clients navigate the everevolving world of customs.
Your key responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring a team of customs professionals providing guidance and support.
- Overseeing the customs clearance process to ensure full compliance with laws and regulations.
- Managing workloads and allocating tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Working closely with clients and stakeholders addressing any customsrelated issues.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
- Providing training to enhance team expertise.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Creating a positive inclusive and highperforming team culture.
Who are we looking for

- A background in customs logistics or supply chain management.
- At least two years of leadership experience in a customsrelated role.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations trade compliance and security laws.

- Excellent communication skills to build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Problemsolving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
