Job Description
SYSCOMs client is seeking an Application Architect .NET & Cloud) who can serve as an architect for an organization providing suggestions solutions and reviews of current and new systems being developed. The preferred candidate will come from a handson technical background knowing how to do the work of the teams they are working with. The candidate will work closely with other architects throughout our organization to serve as a review of systems that they are working with to ensure that standards are being upheld across the organization.
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
- Experience with modern .NET development (version 6 or later)
- Experience deploying software to public cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and private data center environments (Windows/Linux VMs)
- Experience with DevOps Platforms Automation and CI/CD (GitHub Actions Azure DevOps Jenkins Octopus Deploy etc.
- Experience in SDLC including associated deployment methodologies QA processes and performance tuning efforts
- Recent experience leading the technical design of distributed systems or other complex projects
- Minimum of ten 10 years of relevant work experience delivering enterprise customer facing solutions in the continental US.
- Minimum of six 6 years of relevant work experience designing and building enterprise class distributed systems in the continental US.
- Minimum of six 6 years of relevant work experience in highly regulated industries in the continental US.
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
- Architect level certifications for one 1 or more technical disciplines (Windows Linux Cloud Networking or Security)
