Job Description

Join a premier law firm recognized for excellence and collaboration. Our Washington DC office seeks a Litigation & Trial Practice/Antitrust Associate with 4 years of experience to join our dynamic and growing antitrust team. This role offers regular client exposure project management responsibilities and diverse work across industries in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle government enforcement merger reviews and antitrust counseling matters.
  • Engage directly with clients and manage projects on highlevel antitrust cases.
  • Assist in investigations litigation and compliance strategies related to competition law.
  • Support HartScottRodino (HSR) Act filings and regulatory compliance efforts.

What Were Looking For:

  • 4 years of antitrust experience including counseling investigations or litigation.
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills.
  • HSR Act filing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Government agency experience is a plus.
