Job Overview
The Scheduling Coordinator is a key administrative role within our animal specialty hospital responsible for managing and coordinating appointments across multiple specialty departments. This position requires a thorough understanding of the various specialties within the hospital an ability to discern which patients should be directed to which department and a proactive approach to obtaining necessary medical records. The coordinator will ensure that all appointments are scheduled efficiently and accurately contributing to the smooth operation of the hospital and the highest standard of patient care.

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Previous veterinary Customer Service experience is required!
- experience as an ECC/Specialty Veterinary Customer Service Representative is preferred.
