Were looking for Occupational Therapist Assistants to provide a Focused Rehab experience with our patients in their home and / or assisted living building.
Responsibilities:
The OTA is responsible for providing occupational therapy treatments completing related documentation and coordinating with other treating professions to ensure quality patient care.

- Providing the care needed for proper care
Qualifications/Experience:
Ohio OTA License
Experience in a Home Health setting preferred
Valid drivers license and vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle
