Job Summary:
This role involves providing skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes. The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will manage a caseload of 4-5 patients daily performing assessments treatments and documentation. The position requires independent work effective communication and adherence to established protocols. Travel within a defined territory is expected using the PTAs own vehicle.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including assessments treatment planning and implementation of physical therapy interventions.
- Manage a caseload of 4-5 patients per day potentially visiting up to 6 patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Utilize provided documentation tools and return them as required.
- Communicate effectively with patients referring physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
- Manage travel within a defined territory using personal transportation.
- Adhere to established productivity standards (27-30 productivity points).
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Associates degree in Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Current license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington state or a compact license.
- Minimum of one year of recent skilled physical therapy experience (within the last 3 years); outpatient experience preferred; inpatient experience not accepted.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and effectively.
- Valid drivers license car insurance and reliable personal transportation.
