Job Description
Find your purpose contributing to where youre needed most! By joining ourFloat Pool team youll have an opportunity to work in a variety of acute settings within St Cloud Hospital. In this role youll work on a team led by a Registered Nurse where youll participate in planning implementing and evaluating nursing care for our patients providing them a high standard of care within all guidelines policies and regulations.
To succeed youll need to work well independently and with others and have the desire and ability to communicate well with coworkers patients and their families. You should be able to assess and solve problems switch gears swiftly and be able to adapt to handle multiple tasks in a short period of time.
Current openings (subject to change)
- Fulltime 6072 hours every two weeks 8 and 12hour Day/Evening rotation 7am7:30pm and 311:30pm every fourth weekend and holidays per unit policy
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $23.62 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $23.62 $35.46 per hour

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Current Minnesota LPN License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
To be eligible for the hiring bonus and relocation bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible fulltime or parttime benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare/Carris for at least 9 months at the date of hire.To be eligible for the relocation bonus you must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospitalandrelocate to within 30 miles of it.
