What Youll Be Doing
As a Project Manager at JCI you will play a vital role in executing complex construction projects for our esteemed clients. Your responsibilities encompass overseeing cost management project delivery health & safety and subcontractor coordination while delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with clients engineers and onsite teams to guarantee that projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about leading a team towards success this role is perfect for you!
How Youll Do It
Lead with confidence Empower and inspire your onsite team with clear guidance and motivation.
Drive project success Manage schedules budgets and resources effectively to ensure smooth project delivery.
Prioritize safety & efficiency Cultivate a culture of health & safety and ensure adherence to best practices.
Build strong relationships Collaborate closely with clients subcontractors and team members to foster a supportive environment.
Solve challenges proactively Tackle obstacles with confidence addressing issues in realtime.
What You Bring

MustHaves:
Full UK driving license.
Fire & Security Industry background (preferably Security biased)
Experience managing teams in a customerfacing environment.
Strong communication & leadership skills.
Ability to handle challenges with confidence & professionalism.
A proactive mindset focused on teamwork & collaboration.
Bonus if You Have:
Experience managing subcontractors on large construction sites.
A commercial mindset with a strong emphasis on health & safety best practices.
The ability to enhance team productivity & efficiency.
