Trident Technical Colleges Financial Aid and Veterans Assistance office seeks a dynamic and selfmotivated customer service professional to assist students parents and the community. In this role you will be an integral part of our customer service team providing guidance on various student assistance programs and reviewing application information and documents for accuracy completeness and compliance with eligibility requirements. In addition responsible for processing documents provided by students applying for assistance and maintaining student files and records per established filing procedures.
This position requires a bachelors degree or equivalent education training and experience.
This position must have excellent verbal and written communication skills proficiency in Microsoft Office and Ellucian software applications. Knowledge and computer software skills and an integrated student database are a plus. Attention to detail and working within federal state and institutional policies and guidelines are essential. The ability to apply analytically and problemsolving techniques to investigate evaluate and interpret students financial aid status is essential. The successful candidate will have firstrate organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while exercising sound judgment and discretion. Excellent customer service skills are a must.
