Lead Commissioning Manager
London with hybrid working
Up to 85000 plus package and benefits
Would you like to join a globalbuilt environment design consultancy as Lead Commissioning Manageroverseeing the MEP commissioning services for challenging and iconicmultimillionpound projects across the Commercial Residential MixedUse Hotels Laboratory and Data Centre sectors

Responsibilities
- Review current processes and controls for commissioning management within the business develop implement and monitor going forward.
- Manage the building services engineering commissioning process and minimise risks associated with this across all business unit projects.
- Develop implement and control the commissioning tracking and reporting process both in terms of upstream client reporting and downstream subcontractor control.
- Attend and chair meetings as the Clients commissioning management representative.
- Ensure the successful delivery of the commissioning plan
- Contribute Value Engineering Skills.
- Vet and propose specialist contractors systems and manufactures for projects across the business unit
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years engineering experience in the field of mechanical building services
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
- Strong knowledge of mechanical building services engineering systems and commissionability.
- Indepth understanding of Project Schedules
- Familiarity with the RIBA design stagesthrough to tender design
