Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Fleet Leader to oversee our fleet operations in Fort Worth TX. The Fleet Leader will be responsible for managing a team of drivers ensuring the timely delivery of goods and maintaining the fleet vehicles in optimal condition.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of fleet drivers
- Develop and implement efficient routes for deliveries
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Monitor fuel usage and implement costsaving measures
- Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during deliveries
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fleet management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Valid drivers license
