You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailReporting to the Bunbury Service Managerthe Senior Mental Health Recovery Practitioner at Richmind plays a crucial role in supporting individuals living with serious and persistent mental distress assisting them in their journey towards recovery and helping them achieve the life they desire.This role provides an environment within the Recovery Programthat enables consumers to confidently embark on a journey of recovery and to attain the kind of life they desire. Under the guidance of the Service Manager the role will also form part of the Senior Leadership team on site.

Bunbury Community Supported Residential Units
Conveniently located in Carey Parkthe Bunbury Community Supported Residential Units (CSRU)provides a safe and supportive environment for people to live in whilst participating in a program designed to assist individuals in their personal journey towards mental health recovery.
The facility is easily accessible via public transport and situated next to a tranquil local park.
The service is staffed 24/7 and providesa Recovery Program with supported accommodation for 15 consumers for between 12 24 months. The service consists of seven units set in a homelike environment that supports people on their recovery journey.
With a trauma informed personcentred and recoverybased approach Bunbury CSRU supports residents to develop and reach individual goals work towards independent living skills make informed choices develop social skills connect with family and community clinical and nonclinical supports.
A tailored approach to meeting individual needs sees consumers work closely with their onsite Mental Health Recovery Practitioner and Recovery Support Workers and connecting to external agencies to achieve their recovery goals where required.

This role is fulltime working Monday to Friday based at our Bunbury CSRU site.
