Job Summary:
The Test Engineer Jr. Supervisor oversees a team of entrylevel test engineers coordinating test activities and ensuring adherence to quality standards. They provide technical guidance and support the professional development of their team.

Responsibilities:
Planning and Organizing
Develop testing strategies and plans
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
Monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly
Ensure testing procedures are documented and followed
Team Management
Train and mentor junior test engineers
Provide guidance and support to team members
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
Address any issues or conflicts within the team
Testing
Oversee and participate in testing activities
Review and analyze test results
Identify and report any defects or issues
Work with development team to resolve issues
Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to quality standards and processes
Implement and maintain quality control measures
Identify and implement process improvements
Communication and Collaboration
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to coordinate testing efforts
Facilitate communication and collaboration within the test engineering team
Resource Management
Manage and allocate resources effectively
Identify and acquire necessary tools and equipment for testing
Monitor and track budget for testing activities
Documentation and Reporting
Create and maintain test plans procedures and reports
Compile and present testing metrics and progress reports
Ensure all documentation is accurate and uptodate
Continuous Learning
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies
Attend trainings and conferences to improve skills and knowledge
Encourage and support team members in their professional development.

Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or other field with at least 2 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories principles and concepts.
Experience leading a team of technicians in a technical environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Meticulousness in tracking project progress and maintaining accurate records.
