Job Description
University Home Care is seeking a dedicated individual with 1 year of home health scheduling experience to join our team in Livonia Michigan. As a Scheduler you will play a vital role in helping us provide the highest quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule caregiver visits and appointments according to their needs and the availability of our healthcare professionals
- Coordinate with staff members and vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process
- Reschedule appointments as necessary keeping patients informed of any changes
- Maintain accurate and uptodate scheduling records
- Communicate with patients and their families to address any scheduling concerns or conflicts
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health scheduling
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and other relevant tools
