We are looking for an outstanding individual who is enthusiastic dynamic and inspirational to join our Inclusion team as a Specialist Teaching Assistant with a specialism in Maths and an interest to take the lead in Emotional Literacy (ELSA). As a Specialist Teaching Assistant you will be required to work closely with members of our Inclusion team and will have the energy and creativity to develop and inspire students learning life skills and personalised outcomes.
A key focus will be to support student provision and increase students ability to access all areas of the curriculum and school life. As part of the role you will possess the skills to embed and develop Maths working proactively with other members of the Inclusion team to improve attainment by adopting a personalised approach towards planning and delivery of a bespoke curriculum.
The successful candidate will work to support students in all necessary provisions. A key focus will be to increase students ability to access all areas of the curriculum. Examples of the work the successful candidate will be expected to deliver are to:
