Were looking for an experienced Customer Support Associate to join our Customer Success team. Reporting to the Manager Customer Services youll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating closely with customers through chat and email support regarding scheduled changes upgrades and migrations
  • Creating customer engagements for the assigned projects
  • Maintaining the balance between customer requirements and business needs
  • Maintaining and sharing daily progress reports

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Must have one year of experience in the customer support domain; past experience in the networking domain is a plus
  • Minimum qualification Graduate in any stream or postgraduate in any field preferably in networkrelated fields
  • Must be proficient in customer service management and project management skills and should be able to drive customer engagements following a defined process

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Any CCNA/CCDP certification is advantageous
  • Must have a basic understanding of TCP/IP networking and the ability to drive closures with customers
  • Beneficial to have comprehensive knowledge of our organizations processes products services and policy procedures
