A little background information
We run over 1000 campaigns per yearranging from fast tactical activations to largescale sales or brandbuilding initiatives. We put a lot of heart and dedication into our own brands such as Make Up Store By Lyko Waterclouds and Estelle & Thild to name a few seeing them as an important part of our growth journey. So far weve expanded into eight countries and were just getting started.
Sound exciting To make this happen we need someone who is a master at building highperforming teams and strong cultures structuring complex workflows with the ability to think bigreally big. And lets not forgetwe need a techhungry leader who can seamlessly blend creativity with data and AI while transforming insights into highimpact marketing.

As youve probably figured out by now Lyko Creative Agency specializes in content and advertising for the beauty industry. As Head of Lyko Creative Agency youll be part of the central marketing leadership team leading our inhouse agency through a team of team leads. Our agency consists of around 25 people including Art Directors Graphic Designers Motion Designers Copywriters Content producers and production leads. Youll report to our CMO Cecilia Kroon.
Curious about our approach to hybrid work We embrace what we call Business Firstmeaning youll be onsite at one of our offices at least three days a week with the remaining two days being flexible as long as it aligns with business needs. The Role & What Youll Shape
We wont tell you exactly how to get therethats for you to figure out. But if we had to guess your key focus areas would be:
- Ensuring seamless of over 1000 campaigns per yearranging from rapidresponse tactical activations to major brandbuilding initiatives.
- Bridging creativity with dataleveraging insights automation and a testandlearn approach to optimize marketing performance.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders both centrally and locally ensuring marketing efforts align with the companys overall strategy.
- Streamlining workflows tools and processes to support continued high growth and efficiency.
- Building a vibrant and empowering team culture where creativity collaboration and bold ideas thrive.

To be more concrete we believe you have:
- Proven experience in leading and inspiring creative teams within advertising or marketing either at an agency or inhouse in a role that combines strategic vision with handson . You have a strong commercial mindset and understand how creative work drives business results.
- A techsavvy and digitalfirst mindset with expertise in creative automation testandlearn methodologies and datadriven decisionmaking.
- A track record of driving change and transformation structuring complex workflows and improving processes in a fastgrowing environment.
- Previous international experience having worked across multiple markets with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A unique ability to balance brandbuilding with salesdriven marketingyou understand how to create emotional brand connections while delivering measurable business impact.
- Exceptional collaboration skillsyou know how to bring people together align stakeholders and navigate an organization to drive impact.
