The opportunity:
Our Procurement department within Internal Firm Services manages the procurement of all goods and services required by PwC for operational purposes and combines project management cost management operational effectiveness and negotiation. As part of the team youll be responsible for developing our practices processes and compliance managing relationships for both internal clients and suppliers to aid in the strategic selection of suppliers and optimization of the purchase cycle. Due to the continued growth of our practice and consistently high demand we are now recruiting a Procurement Associate for our offices.
As a part of our team you will:
Set up implement and monitor all procurement processes in accordance with the Firms policies. Manage purchasing requests tenders negotiations and all relevant activities to ensure timely and costeffective procurement of goods and services.
Collaborate with key stakeholders in order to ensure clarity of specifications and requirements.
Evaluate and select appropriate costefficient suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships.
Conduct market research of new products services and potential suppliers to meet the Firms goals.
What we are looking for:
Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign University with background in Business Administration.
13 years of related work experience in procurement or a related field.
Strong communication skills with ability to coordinate with various departments/clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (Power Point Word Excel.
Strong analytical and critical thinking.
Multitasking and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
A confident and positive attitude focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients.
Effective negotiation skills.
Passionate for delivering high quality work.
Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates.
