Job Description

Job Title: Engineering Scheduler
Location: Cannock Staffordshire
Salary: Up to 30000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Engineering Scheduler to join a fastpaced team based in Cannock. In this critical role you will be responsible for the coordination scheduling and optimization of engineering resources to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services to customers. This position requires excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling & Coordination: Plan and schedule engineers for maintenance installation and service tasks ensuring the effective use of resources and time.

Workload Management: Allocate tasks based on priority and available resources ensuring all customer and operational needs are met.

Communication: Liaise with engineers customers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations clear communication and timely completion of all tasks.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of engineer availability job assignments and service schedules.

Progress Tracking: Monitor the progress of ongoing jobs and provide timely updates to clients and internal teams.

Procurement Support: Assist in the procurement and management of materials and equipment required for scheduled work.

Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations company policies and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in scheduling planning or coordinating engineering or technical operations.

Knowledge: A strong understanding of engineering practices processes and terminology.

Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage competing priorities effectively.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Technical Skills: Proficient in scheduling software CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment: Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
