Job Description
Reliable responsible and able to work effectively. Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Effective written and oral communications skills. Help Desk assistants should be able to explain him or herself clearly Familiarity with NCC Acceptable Use of Information Technologies and other relevant College policies and procedures. DESIRABLE : Familiarity with NCC computer labs and residential networking services. General knowledge of Windows 10 Mac OS X Microsoft Office 365 Mozilla Firefox Chrome IOS Android and wireless connectivity Computer Science coursework at NCC or other institution. Experience in a customer servicerelated position.
