ManpowerGroup on behalf of its client a global technology and services leader is looking for highly dexterous and digitalsavvy Dutch speakers.
Location:Athens
Working Model:On site
You will be reporting to Technical Support Supervisor
What you will do:
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding use decisionsupport tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)
- Management of incoming calls chats messages and emails
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents
- Ask probing question to identify the technical issue faced by the end user and support with the troubelshooting steps needed
Requirements
What we are looking for:
Native or nearnative Dutch speakers
Fluency in English
Clear Communication Skills
Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools
Enthusiastic patient empathetic multitasking and communicative
