Job Description

What Were Looking For:

Were on the lookout for a motivated highenergy resultsdriven Director of Technology. The Director of IT will be responsible for developing and executing a robust IT strategy to support companys rapid growth and evolving business needs. This role requires a handson leader who can assess implement and optimize technology solutions while building a highperforming IT team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT infrastructure cybersecurity ERP systems and digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing or highgrowth environment.

This role demands a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to leveraging technology for operational efficiency scalability and competitive advantage. The Director of IT will work crossfunctionally to align IT initiatives with business objectives and ensure the seamless integration of technology solutions.

A Day In The Life

  • Develop and execute a scalable IT strategy aligned with companys growth objectives and evolving operational needs.
  • Operate as an individual contributor while establishing the foundation for a future IT team.
  • Assess implement and optimize ERP systems to enhance efficiency and datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure network security and cloudbased solutions to ensure business continuity and cybersecurity compliance.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to modernize systems improve automation and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify technology opportunities that support business expansion and cost efficiencies.
  • Manage IT budgets vendor relationships and technology investments to ensure costeffectiveness and alignment with business priorities.
  • Develop and implement best practices for data security disaster recovery and IT governance.
  • Provide technical leadership and support for crossfunctional teams ensuring seamless IT operations across the organization.
  • Establish and monitor key IT performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and system reliability.

Skills Youll Need To Have:
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles preferably in a manufacturing or highgrowth environment.
  • Proven ability to operate as both a strategic leader and handson contributor in a fastscaling organization.
  • Must have multisite experience.
  • Must have experience hiring and managing a team.
  • Must have previous experience implementing and managing ERP systems cybersecurity frameworks and cloudbased solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure networking data security and compliance best practices.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to adapt build and scale IT processes in a private equitybacked company.
  • Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills with a bias for action.
  • Ability to navigate complex IT landscapes vendor negotiations and technology integrations.

Base Salary: 170k 200k DOE
Bonus: Annual and other incentives
