Senior Manager Commercial Supply Chain

Overview

As Senior Manager Commercial Supply Chain you will function as the endtoend workstream leader in support of launch readiness. You will be responsible for supporting all geographic expansion launches set up to first order in the country. You will play a key role in executing the launch plans and standards to bring products to the market.

It is also your responsibility to organize and align stakeholders including Quality Commercial Manufacturing Legal and external service providers. You will manage projects associated with regulatory commitments product manufacturing and external partner strategy.

The successful candidate will be detaildriven and have a proven track record in managing and driving project success within the biotech industry. We are seeking an individual with a technical background solid working knowledge of GMPs cell therapy logistics contract management and experience interacting with CDMOs.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Provides crossfunctional support for supply chain activities including ensuring regulatory filings order management and distribution and handling requirements are established in line with Supply Chain processes and systems.
• Lead and manage endtoend Supply Chain implementation activities.
• Subject Matter Expert for all Supply Chain workflows
• Macro planning critical path for each launch project and align the different stakeholders.
• Toll Gate reviews to move launch projects to the next phase.
• Engagement of the crossfunctional project team (global and local functions) to deliver the expected launch date in the country.
• Review and process contracts including Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work.
• Partner closely with functional area leads to develop maintain and actively monitor integrated project plans. Identify and communicate interdependencies as well as critical path activities for projects.
• Consistently perform duties within established SOPs and in accordance with GxP requirements where applicable
• Other related duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Engineering degree with 5 year experience in Supply Chain demonstrated experience in product launches and knowledge of pharmaceutical domestic and international requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously integrating crossfunctional issues and balancing competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation and facilitation skills to effectively inform key updates & issues across all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical problem solving and critical thinking skills including an ability to combine attention to detail with a big picture perspective.
• Strong understanding & capability on project management principles and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail selfmotivated autonomous and ability to manage tight deadlines.
• Solution oriented; proven ability to analyze understand and solve complex problems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree
• Lean Six Sigma Certification.
• Experience with cell and gene therapy products.
• International Distribution Experience including Trade Compliance.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Previous experience in Biologics manufacturing and managing external CDMOs.
