Job Description
Hire Resolve is excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled Construction Foreman to join our clients team in Cape Town. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities a detailed understanding of construction processes and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction operations and ensure their alignment with project goals
- Direct and manage construction workers subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards onsite
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule
- Collaborate with project managers architects and engineers to ensure project requirements are met
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project status
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar supervisory role
- Highrise buildings medical projects or life environment experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and safety regulations
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in construction management software
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
- Salary: negotiable
