Job Description
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team at Rajkot Gujarat. As a Field Service Technician you will be responsible for providing quality installations maintenance and repairs of plastic injection Machines.
Breakdowns will require troubleshooting of mechanical hydraulic and electrical components and circuits.
Work Youll Do:
- Installation of Injection Molding Machine
- Troubleshoot and repair Plastic Injection Molding Machine.
- Perform schedule preventative maintenance activities on Machine.
- Effectively interface with customers for trouble shooting issue of Injection Molding machine.
- Evaluate and make recommendations regarding required spares and services.
Team:
- This role will be part of the Aftermarket Service team and report directly to the Regional Service manager Field Service Ahmedabad.
Basic Qualifications:
- Diploma Or Degree in Plastic Engineering Mechanical Electrical & electronic engineering technology or another related field.
- 5 years of experience working with hydraulics mechanics and/or similar skillsets.
- Willingness to travel and work overtime as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience working with plastic injection equipment or similar types of equipment or machine tool.
- Mechanical electrical Hydraulic skill to trouble machine problems.
- Ability to read and understand Hydraulic and electrical schematics.
