Are you ready to make a significant impact by supporting critical national security infrastructure TRex Solutions is looking for a highly skilled Systems Administrator 3 to join our dynamic team at Ft. Meade MD.
About the Role
In this role youll be part of a collaborative team focused on the design integration testing and deployment of secure cryptographic systems that directly support Information Assurance Capabilities (IAC) and Cryptographic Assurance Operations (CAO) missions. You will ensure the success of these highpriority operations by helping to modernize and secure critical systems. What Youll Do
- Provide technical support for the implementation troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
- Configure and manage UNIX stems and installs/loads operating systems software troubleshoot maintain integrity of and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
- Manage and optimize IT infrastructure including client/server/storage/network devices.
- Support daytoday IT operations monitoring and proactive problem resolution.
- Administer and secure network systems ensuring access control and path management.
- Configure and manage Windows operating systems enhancing reliability and performance.
- Perform system capacity analysis planning and optimize resource utilization to improve overall system performance.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree and 10 years of relevant experience or 10 years of overall experience with Security Certification.
- Active TS/SCI fully cleared.
- Handson experience with configuring troubleshooting and optimizing IT systems.
- Expertise in configuring and managing Windows operating systems and system software.
- Proficiency in network security including managing network devices and access controls.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to identify diagnose and resolve issues at the Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3
- Experience in providing detailed system analysis and recommending enhancements.

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines the annual base salary range for this position is $125000.00 $215000.00. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. TRex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position candidates work experience education/training key skills internal peer equity as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
