Job Description
Are you an individual who thrives in an active work environment and enjoys contributing to a team Were seeking a diligent and able Yard Assistant who can perform a variety of tasks to keep our work areas organized and safe.
Job Responsibilities:
Work Area Maintenance: Keep the work area and work yard clean and free of debris. Your commitment to cleanliness will support a safe and efficient working environment.
Assisting Team Members: Provide assistance to team members as needed including handling tools and materials. Your flexibility and willingness to help will be key to our collaborative success.
Construction Support: While construction experience is a plus a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are the most important qualities for this role. Onthejob training will be provided to ensure your success.
Requirements:
Physical Stamina: Ability to work in the heat for 8hour shifts. Your endurance will be essential to performing tasks effectively.
Lifting Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as needed. This will involve handling construction materials tools or other equipment.
Experience: While construction experience is beneficial its not required. Your ability to learn follow instructions and work as part of a team will be your most valuable assets.
