What will you do
A day in the life of a Senior Analyst Global Supply Planner at Dickies looks a little like this.
Global SupplyPlanning Senior Analystwill be responsible forleading the coordination of global activities to deliver supply requirements between the sourcing materials demand and regional supply planning teams.Youwill work tocreate various strategies processes and guidelines for the global supply planning team to optimize on time deliveries to meet customer needs. Key partners will include global sourcing regional supply planning regional demand planningglobal product global merchandising and global materials.
Lets break down that dayinthelife a bit more.
Drive global supply planning activities from preseason to inseason.
Develop and implement global processes to ensure strategic procurement of supply considering vendor capacity production lead times greige fabric commitments buy readiness and production minimum requirements.
Complete analysis of global monthly buys to provide global direction identify key insights prepare summaries of findings and present to supply planning leadership sourcing and regional planning teams.
Lead monthly global buy handover process. Coordinate with regional supply planning teams to share key insights and variances from prior forecast publication at a global and regional levelto sourcing.
Lead supply chain seasonal kickoff meeting to set expectations and outline key strategies prior to the start of each season including participants from regional supply planning materials sourcing global merch and demand planning.
Own and run all global Dickies buy strategy for the brand collaborations and special collections with close partnership to the product and merchandising teams.
Own global communication on buy timing and greige risk assessment for the brand.
Participate in and lead key projects to evolve supply chain capabilities.
Utilize reporting and analytics tools to automate and visualize current manual processes.
Serve as an expert is helping analyst development and provide backup support for manager.
What do you need to succeed

Additionally while formal education in a related field is great to have we are most interested in your 3 years of experience and professional achievements.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
Strong communication skills that show ability to collaborate and drive results.
Ability to understand assess & problem solve by leveraging technical and analytical skills.
Process oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
Advanced Excel Skills (pivot tables macros)and an understanding of reporting and analytics tools.
Ability to work effectively within a crossfunctional team environment.
Experience in project management and implementation.
Selfstarter with excellent follow through.
Strong people skills with ability to understand and support various perspectives across regions.
Willing to work in a global role and accommodate for different regional time zones.
Up to 10 travel expected.
Location requirement: this position is hybrid minimum 3 days in the Dickies office in Costa Mesa California.

Up to 10 travel may be required.

$75168.00 USD $93960.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan sales incentive orcommissionpotential.
