MARKETING MANAGER READY TO LEAD
Location: HIgh Wycombe Bucks. (Hybrid min. 3 days in office)
Salary: 3842k Growth by Sharing Bonus (DOE)
Hours: 08:00 17:00 42.5 hrs)

Are you an ambitious handson Marketing Manager ready to make an impact and fasttrack into a leadership role This is your chance to drive strategic campaigns lead a talented team and grow into a senior position in 23 years!
WHAT YOULL DO:
Plan & execute datadriven marketing campaigns across digital & offline channels.
Manage & mentor a small team of junior marketers.
Optimise PPC social media ads SEO & website performance.
Collaborate with Sales & Product teams to drive brand growth.
Use analytics & insights to improve campaign performance.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
Increased brand awareness & market share.
Expanded reach into new and existing markets.
Developed & empowered junior marketers.
Direct contribution to our 50M growth goal!
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
4 years in a marketing role (B2B/B2C construction manufacturing or wholesale preferred).
Experience in digital marketing social ads PPC email & content marketing.
Proven ability to mentor or manage junior marketers.
Strong skills in Google Analytics Meta Ads & CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
Organised analytical & driven by results!
