Summary of Role:
The SAP Manufacturing manager will take ownership of leading the design development and delivery of related to all Manufacturing. Managing a team of members consisting of both permanent employees and contractors the role involves leading the team reviewing deliverables and ensuring functional and process excellence to meet all program requirements and milestones.
Essential Responsibilities:
Lead a team including direct reports external partners and teams outside of direct reporting to implement best in class SAP Platform solutions and change processes
Provide oversight and governance for process design build testing and deployment within SAP platforms in specific areas and legacy platforms.
Lead to plan run and manage blueprint workshops
Understand process interdependencies and ensure the design of fully integrated process solutions with other process teams such as Supply Chain Planning and Manufacturing.
Strong Leadership capabilities and people management skills are required to engage mentor coach and grow the team
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental Health Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
Education BS/MS degree.
Overall experience of 1520 years as SAP Manager leading PM QM and MM.
Experience in implementing S/4 HANA global project and 23 full cycle implementation.
Strong functional understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain process area and how they integrate with other business functions
Consulting background would be preferred
Strong executive presence and leadership identity; ability to build and lead cross functional global and geographybased teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Expected Salary Range
$133400.00 $242900.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications experience and location.
