TPF Recruitment is supporting a highly successful firm ofchartered accountants based near Goudhurst in Kent near East Sussex. Ourclient is a wellestablished and highly reputable chartered accountancypractice that has a phenomenal reputation for their tax work across KentLondon and the Southeast. This practice has been built with highly competentand experienced tax professionals from a range of backgrounds and poses asuperb opportunity to join a marketleading practice that offers excellent exposureacross a range of national and international clients includingUHNWIsHNWIs Trusts & Estates Directors & Entrepreneurial clients. Thisposition will be built around the candidates experience and aspirations.
As a manager within this team you will be allocatedaportfolio of clients to suit your experience being their first point ofcontact and responsible for providing advisory and compliance services workingclosely with the Partners.You will be an important part of the managementteam providing technical support to Partners leading client meetings adhocspecialist projects managing junior staff and delegating work. You will alsohave the opportunity to be involved in business development activities tooshould you wish.

Requirements
- ATT/ ACA/ACCA/CTA Qualified
- Significant private client/ personal tax expertise
- Experience in managing a portfolio of clients
- Compliance & Advisory expertise role can be tailored to suit the individual
- Excellent communication skills
- This position will be built around the candidates experience and aspirations and mixed tax Managers are equally of interest for a more corporatefocused position.
