The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RIMUHC) is a worldrenowned biomedical and hospital research centre. Located in Montreal Quebec the Institute is the research arm of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University. Position summary
Education Project Coordinator Interprofessional Program in Advanced Communication Skills
Department / Research Program: CORE / Cancer Research Program
CERES (Centre for Relationships in Serious Illness) Lab
The incumbent of the position will work under the supervision of Dr. Justin Sanders on a systemlevel education initiative called the Interprofessional McGill Program in Advanced Communication Skills. The successful candidate will help coordinate the development of educational materials coordination across multiple institutions for arranging IMPACSrelated education sessions and participation in the development of materials to support the implementation of IMPACSrelated initiatives. They may also participate in the submission of research grants related to this work. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with learners educators researchers and institutional partners to enhance communication skills training in healthcare.
General Duties
Coordination of meetings and collaboration across multiple institutions
Participation in international collaborative meetings related to systemlevel communication intervention
Liaison with members of Dr. Sanders research and administrative team
Organization modification and updating of educational materials to ensure relevance and accuracy
Implementation of educational programs including the coordination and delivery of training sessions or workshops
Collaboration with educators stakeholders and subject matter experts to achieve educational goals
Evaluation of educational effectiveness through assessments feedback and performance tracking
Maintenance of records and reports related to educational activities assessments and program outcomes
Support for learners and educators by providing guidance resources and troubleshooting during educational activities.
Education: Bachelors Degree
Field of Study: Education Health Sciences Communication Public Health Psychology
Other education considered an asset for this position:
Experience with etraining tools and learning management systems (LMS) is an asset.

Pay Scale: $22.27 $33.42/hour. Commensurate with education & work experience.
