How you will learn and grow

As part of the Logistics team reporting directly to the Global Head of Warehouse and Distribution you will:

Support the team to define transport strategy for the area of responsibility in coordination with the relevant stakeholders.

Facilitate the necessary alignment between the team and the external providers.

Map our providers and simplify our portfolio management approach (anticipate risks financial management and planning).

Manage invoices correctly and record it in our systems.

Proposes and develop continuous improvement actions (in terms of process governance and tools).

Keep looking for ways to make our work more efficient by using more digital tools and automating what we can.

Make sure all the information in our systems is right so that we can see where our products are and understand why there are any delays or issues.

Take lead to alert stakeholders when theres incorrect or missing information that affects product delivery.

Support the development of new ways of working and report to discover efficiencies opportunities.

What youll add to the team

You have a degree in management engineering

Previous experience in supply chain will be considered a plus.

You are analytical structured and organized.

MS Office skills.

You are eager to operate in a fast moving and problemsolving environment.

You are a high energy person with a teamworking approach & excellent project management skills.

You can work under pressure and on different projects prioritizing tasks.

You are creative proactive highly motivated and goaloriented person.

You are fluent in Italian and English.
