Job Description
As a Guest Service Agent at the Holiday Inn Boston Bunker Hill Area inSomerville Massachusetts you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests during their stay at our hotel.
Responsibilities:
Greet and checkin guests
Answer phones and emails to assist guests with inquiries
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Process payments and reservations
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using reservation software
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
